Holy mackerel!  Not a bad time of year either.  Speaks for itself:
great, great opportunity... and after it subsides, too.  These eruptions 
are very rare, and mostly (or perhaps always) quite short.  Not much has 
been done re time-series photometry of the outbursting EX Hya - time to 
change that!

EX Hya is in outburst.  EX Hya showed some marked variations leading up to
this outburst.
