    Yeah, that's a pretty good rule of thumb for coverage.  CSS1044 is 
    likely a special star, plus first known outburst, etc.  The DQ Hers can 
    wait until there's nothing flaming up there.
    
    Or at least nothing shiny and *new* flaming.
