EG Aqr and Var Cas 06

Dear CBAers,

Rod Stubbings reports that EG Aqr has jumped into outburst, the first in a 
few decades perhaps... and Gianluca Masi reports superhumps!  Our kind of 
star, equatorial, and at a decent time of year.  Let's fire away on this 
star!

And Var Cas, well, I've bent your ear enough on it.  It's also known as 
GSC 3656-1328, and 3656-1399... which would make a fine comp star.
