    The BZs fall apart

    Dear CBAers,

A week ago BZs Cam and UMa struggled mightily for CBA attention, and you
got pretty good coverage of both. But neither star proved worthy of your
effort, just degenerating into silly flickering. I recommend a
    dishonorable discharge for both.

The best target for long-night, both-hemisphere coverage is SW Sex; slew
those telescopes over to Mister Sex. It's also the right season for
AM CVn; we need another season of Porb timings to tie down the long-term
ephemeris (of the 1028 s variation).

For big-scopers, NY Ser = PG1510+234 is a choice target. It varies from
about 15 to about 18.5, and not much is known about its eruptions - except
that it erupts a lot, and occasionally flashes superhumps with a period
near 2.5 hours. Also known as Ser 1 in Downes and Shara. Fire away at
    this interesting star!

We'll have some sort of table at the Toronto ASP meeting - hope to see a
    bunch of youse there!
