    pu persei erupts

    Dear CBAers,

Jonathan found PU Per grandly superhumping at about 0.28 mag full
amplitude Sunday night - after displaying a very weak wave
the previous night. I reckon the period is about 0.073+-0.003 d.
His run is over, though, so carry the struggle forward with all
appropriate weaponry. This is probably quite early in the outburst,
so it should be there for 10 days or so. Our other 3 superhumping
northern dwarf novae (V419 Lyr, V1028 Cyg, V630 Cyg) all faded more
or less in unison, so those campaigns are probably over... unless
    they reflare.

The studio regulars are still on the job... V592 Cas, TT Ari,
AO Psc, FO Aqr, HL Aqr.
